Arkansas Grand Canyon

This huge valley sits southeast of Jasper and runs alongside Arkansas Highway 7. You are able to see seven different Boston Mountain peaks. Along the route is the Rotary Ann Roadside Park, which provides an amazing 180-degree view. And if you get hungry along the way, you can stop at the Cliff House Inn for a downhome meal.

Buffalo River

The Buffalo River offers nearly endless options for entertainment. You can float the river via kayak, canoe, or even tube. You can picnic, hike, fish, and try out some horseback riding, if you like. There are plenty of birds and wildlife to watch. The national park area hosts various programs led by park rangers.

Jasper Shopping

For those who like to do some shopping, historic downtown Jasper offers plenty of choices. If you’re looking for a T-shirt or souvenir, they’ve got you covered. From antiques to boutiques, from Christian books to crafts from local artisans, there are gems to find!

The Ozark Cafe

With the words, “A North Arkansas Landmark” emblazoned on its façade, the Ozark Café is true to its moniker and has been serving epic burgers and fries since 1909. And if you have a hankering for biscuits while you’re there, they do serve chocolate gravy.
