All sales are final. J3 at the Gap does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any products purchased through our website, at events, or through any other sales channel.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all items are sold on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully prior to submission, including product details, quantities, sizes, and shipping information.

In the event a product is received in a damaged condition or the incorrect item is delivered, J3 at the Gap must be notified within a reasonable time after delivery so the matter may be reviewed and addressed at our sole discretion.
